Do you offer last minute delivery?
Unfortunately we don’t. However, we do offer next day delivery!
What payment methods are available?
We accept payments via Cash, Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
Can I make any changes to my order details after it has been placed?
We will only accept changes to addresses provided it is 48 hours before the delivery date (contact through our contact form).
Can I cancel/refund my order?
Unfortunately we do not offer any refunds on our products.
Do you include any receipts/billing information?
We do not include any prices, receipts or billing information in your delivery, we only include the shipping information.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver up to 35KM from our bakery. If your address is outside of our delivery range, please contact us or alternatively use our pickup option.
Can you request specific delivery times?
Unfortunately not.
We are unable to specify an exact time for delivery, as all delivery drivers must follow a specific route to deliver all orders by the times listed previously.
Please Note: We are unable to prioritise any delivery addresses, under any circumstances.
What is pickup time?
Pickup orders can be collected between 10AM - 1PM on your designated order date.
